Our Returns and Replacement Policy is specifically designed to address situations where items are either received damaged or delivered incorrectly.

To initiate a claim, customers must act within a 3-5 day window from the delivery date, providing supporting evidence through pictures depicting the condition of the parcel.

The item being claimed must be kept unsealed, unopened, unused, and must retain its original packaging and pristine condition. The inclusion of the original invoice is a prerequisite for processing any exchange.

Items eligible for replacement must have claims lodged at our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date. Upon a comprehensive evaluation by our quality assurance department, a replacement or coupon will be issued, contingent on the assessed condition of the product.

Customers bear responsibility for the items until they reach our warehouse, emphasizing the importance of secure and effective packaging to prevent damage during the return journey.

It’s worth noting that replacement requests stemming from a change of mind, shade preference, or a shift in product choice are discouraged.

Rather than providing cash refunds, we opt for the issuance of coupons, facilitating future purchases.

Additionally, please be aware that items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
