  • Items eligible for replacement must have claims lodged at our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date. Upon a comprehensive evaluation by our quality assurance department, a replacement or coupon will be issued, contingent on the assessed condition of the product.

  • Customers bear responsibility for the items until they reach our warehouse, emphasizing the importance of secure and effective packaging to prevent damage during the return journey.
