Delivery Information

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: 150Rs flat rate for orders under 2000Rs. Free for orders over 2000Rs.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within all over Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at diefeicosmetics@gmail.com for assistance.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at diefeicosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
